Task description: As part of Corporate Partnerships Team, will be responsible from execution of WWF Turkey Corporate Partnerships operations.
Job description:
Conditional and Unconditional Donor Programmes :
- Preparation of proposal materials
- Follow-up of contacts and updating the related records and database (local and international)
- Keeping and distributing accurate meeting minutes
- Receiving corporate requests, filtering, grouping and submitting to approval
- Follow-up and closure of corporate requests
- Special Day Organizations
- Newsletter development
- Preparing and actively delivering presentations
- Follow-up and tracking of Green Office members
- Acquiring new Green Office Programme members
Partnerships :
- Determine how best to develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate partners
- Promote WWF’s fundraising and strategic priorities by developing excellent working relations with key contacts
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to, and understand the needs and interests of corporations in order to develop relationships between them
- Carrying first assessment, preparing project proposals
Reporting duties :
- WWF International reports
- Internal monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and or masters’ degree from prominent universities in social sciences, life sciences, business administration, economics.
- Fluency in English, Turkish as native language
- At least 2-3 years experience in corporate businesses/NGO’s is a must, preferably B2B experience
- Knowledge of environmental issues and an interest in solving them
- To be expected to work independently and be self motivated in initiating contacts with potential donors as well as acting as a team player.

- Interest in conservation and environmental issues
- Proven interpersonal and people management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and financial targets
- Fluency in Turkish and English required
- Ability to travel to different cities
