Bachelor’s degree from related fields ( Graduate from Industrial Engineering, Computer or Mathematical Engineering,  Computer Science,Mathematics or Statistics departments)

Job Location : İstanbul / Sarıyer

Job Type : Permanent / Full-time

 Responsibilities:

  • Willing to create value in the non-profit community and sharing positive energy.
  • Part of a highly motivated team who are fanatical about our customers’ success, and the overall nonprofit community
  • Comfortable working with clients at all levels – it is just as important to work with the front line as the CEO
  • Willing to learn how to configure our technology to build demonstrations that will show off the power of Salesforce’s platform
  • Non-profit organization pipeline building
  • Willing to make an impact in the civil area

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
  • Proven work experience as a solution support specialist or solution support associate
  • English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • In-depth understanding of sales & solutions principles and customer service practices
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Collaboration with customers between Inspark Project Team
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel
